I have been living in Villa Teresa on the River for a year, until May 31 of 2014. I have given a notice of rent being increased by the landlord, so I cleaned the place, painted it and moved out on May, 31 2014. I have been waiting for my deposit from that date. I have been given few empty promises of my deposit being mailed, and after 60 days it still did not get it. I am now taking the matter into my own hands and request for my deposit and fees involved being paid in full.
