COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

On March of 2014, maintenance came to repair air conditioner. An extention cord was attached to unit outside through bedroom window. (see attached photo.) A hole was cut through wall with extension cord running through closet. (see attached photo).Crack in the window allowed gnats to come inside apartment. Informed landlord and the bug spray used did not kill the gnats. There is pain and suffering with the gnats flying around food and in face. The window is blocked with towel but gnats are hashig inside residence, often there is an influx of them flying. Tenant has spraayed herself four times with four different bug spray and they continue to germinate inside apartment.

Renter Sep 13, 2014 108.79.30.242 1.The landlord has sent maintenance inside apartment and repaired the air conditioner, repaired the wall, and closed off the window. Window screen was not installed. Problems with gnats has subsided but on occasion some gnats do appear. They seems to be hatching inside apartment. Continue to spray and hang glue stripes from ceiling. Waiting on landlord to relocate tenant to another apartment.
