I found mildew on in my cabinets. I was told that it's my fault, because I should wipe them down! The maintenance man told me 2 different things. One to wipe them down and he would see what the landlord would say about them. I told her that I wasn't going to do that. That I would cover them up and take everything out of them. She said no your not doing that and if I ruin her cabinets that I would be paying for them. I told her that I will not wipe them down, I am coving them and that there already ruin! She's willing to give my a cabin in the space that has been is the part about a year almost 2 years versus your place in the cabinet with the mildew on it! She said I cancel for them to to put a cabinet in the space, which is a lie!! Either they fill it or I'm moving out! My lease ends in November 2014. The tube was suppose to be re glossed, patch a hole that I put in the ceiling (which I did) and replace one of the plug cover in the master bedroom back in June and it hasn't been done! Which I was told it would be by the time I got back in July from vacation! The AC unit doesn't even keep the house cool. I had to buy floor fans for each room to keep cool or at less try to.
