COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

You provided us with a tenant at 61 Miner St Rear and when she was being moved in your movers broke the glass in a storm door. We contacted you several times and several times you notified us the glass was being ordered and we have never received the replacement glass. The Pit Bull that you claimed was a therapy dog bent the door by hanging over it and the door had to be removed and taken away. You promised to re write leases for all of the tenants at the properties at the estate of Paul Petroski Sr since you took over in February and it is now September and none of the tenants have new leases. You promised to provide CEO money from 2 tenants and back rent and these were never paid to the estate. We requested more than once for repairs to the apartments to bring them up to code and they have yet to be addressed. We have mortages, taxes and utlities that are not yet paid. We have back rents that have not been collected, we have tenants that should have been evicted and have not been. We have apartments empty since May that are not in any condition to be rented. When we calulated our figures we are about 17,000 in the red do to the negligence of your property management company and have no other recourse but to terminate our buisness relationship and feel you need to be held acountable for your actions both professionally and finacially. We would like provided the fee for the replacement door and ten percent of 17,000 owed on these realities. We put our trust and faith in you and if there was no way our goals could have been met, respectfully we should have been notified within a month that we should be seeking a new property manager.
