COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Roughly two months ago I noticed I was developing itchy welts all over my body. At first I assumed it was an allergic reaction to my polyester sheets or to some ingredient in my new body lotion. I bought new cotton sheets and tried a new lotion, but the problem did not go away, I was still developing itchy blotches on various parts of my body. I searched bed bugs on the internet, as I have heard of this being a common problem in certain types of buildings and found out where to look for the "nests." I stripped my sheets off of my bed and looked in the crevices of the mattress and found (as far as I could see) 15 bed bugs throughout the mattress. I have never had an issue with bed bugs (bites, sightings etc.) ever and my mattress is only three years old and was bought brand new.
