I have repeatedly called landlord about the bad flooring for the past 4 months. I have sent two certified letters the last one had the rent check for November in it and they refused it. Rose left a message on my phone on Nov. the 5th saying she would send someone to look at it she also said a man died in the house from a fire. I called rose several times today but got no answer. Tonight Rose called me when I answered she said she had the wrong number. The floor is getting worse with each passing day. The floor sways when you walk on it. The tile in the kitchen is broken in several places.
