I feel that I am entitled to receive a full refund of the$400.00 deposit I paid ensuring I would be able to move in on 3/9/15. The rental was not ready on the date as promised as a result I had no other option but to rent elsewhere immediately. I have text messages to validate my complaint. Upon request.
