COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Our lease expires at the end of April 2015 and 2 months ago we signed another lease to transfer to another unit (1314). Everything was approved and we were all set to move into the new unit on April 15, 2015.. A few weeks ago a new manager started working here and contacted us wanting to inspect the unit for damages as well as needing to measure the floors, cabinets, windows, etc. for new construction. I told him we needed more time to get the unit ready for inspection and my girlfriend has congestive heart failure and is 100% disabled. The new manager threatened to revoke our transfer if we did not let him in. A few days later I let them inspect the unit and the new manager called us on the phone stating that our transfer has been revoked and we need to move out immediately. We have paid out rent on time for almost 8 years and we are being thrown out in 7 days. Can this new manager do this without an eviction notice? I feel this is a personal vendetta against us and would like this matter investigated, please. I have asked the manager nicely if we could stay another month because we cannot locate a different rental house or apartment that does not contain mold. My girlfriend is extremely sensitive to mold and the manager stated that our unit is already rented and need to be out in 7 days.
