: Ticket 905730 was closed and not resolved. Hallway carpet needs cleaning. See attached picture. It s worse by the garage entrance door. I shouldn t have to continue to open tickets and them be closed without resolution. Our tickets are NOT unreasonable. Ticket 905730 description : Three items: Pick up trash outside door in garage (The picture only reflects part of the trash), clean carpet in front of elevator and down the hall (nothing to do with the carpet stain), and would like an update on when the carpet is going to be replaced. It s been over 6 weeks since the problem occurred.

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Safety issues: -Cars speeding in the parking garage. Approximately 1 year ago someone hit my van causing over $1,100 in damages. On December 1, 2015 my wife\\\'s car was struck causing $800 in damages. Cars speeding in the parking garage is a daily occurrence. There are no speed bumps, speed limit signs posted or cameras to catch offenders. -Drug use in the community. Almost on a daily basis we smell marijuana in the hallways or coming in the windows. When we notified the rental office we were told we should call the police. There are constantly a line of cars parked in the “no parking zone” especially on Friday and Saturday nights. We have witnessed drug transactions occurring. We brought it to office management attention and nothing was done. No parking zones are not being enforced and no attempt is being made to stop this illegal activity. Drug use in the community is not our problem, it’s the landlords/owners. -A piece of 8” PVC pipe is protruding (about 8 inches high) from the garage floor outside of the entrance to the garage on the 4th floor. -Ice/snow not being removed in a timely manner. Last winter there was a build up ice on the top floor and my wife feel and injured her hip. She went to the doctor the next day and had a bruised hip. Common area maintenance issues: -Trash chute rooms. The trash rooms have a terrible odor (that you can smell it walking up to the enclosed room) and dirty and in disrepair. In addition there are no locks on the doors so children could hurt themselves if they went in there. -Hallways. The paint is horrendous and the carpet is worse. Paint being touched up with paint that doesn’t match, scuff marks/dirt not being cleaned, loose baseboards, etc. The carpet is permanently stained, dirty, and extremely worn. Management has stated that the hallway carpet/paint is being redone in 2016 however we’ve been living under these conditions for over 3 years. I told the assistant manager that it is embarrassing to have guests and she advised us to see the manager to get out of the lease. \\\' -Noise problems are just as bad as any other condition here. People leaving the garage and flooring it, loud talking, rap music playing at 2 am. etc. We also had to bear noise from an upstairs tenant #723 for over 2 years up nights. I am on disability and cannot stay up all night. Management first supported me (Barbara) because she heard the unreasonable noise and then said it was my word against theirs. As usual NO SUPPORT.
