COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

May 25, 2016 Approximately 9:00 a.m. Commode began to overflow with water after use and flushing. The water would not stop and ran unto the floor, I used the plunger but the water still did not flush. Attempted to plunge, looked to see if water could be stopped from flowing but no success. I contacted the Landlord Richard Kidd, regarding the issue after multiple calls, I received a call back and told him what the issue was. I was told that he was unable to address the problem and that plunging the toilet is a tenant issue, he asked had I been using too much toilet paper or have changed types of toilet paper, i replied, \\\"no.\\\" He asked me if I had been flushing feminine hygiene products down the commode, again, I replied, \\\"No.\\\" He indicated he to go buy the plunger from Lowes or the Home Depot with the red handle. I used the plunger that I currently own and still no success in getting the water to flush properly. He indicated if he paid someone to consult the issue that it would not have to be scheduled and he did not now the day and had access to my apartment during the hours of 9 am to 5 pm. I indicated that I would like a courtesy call, or a scheduled time as to when and whom would be entering my apartment due to my work schedule and for safety issues. I would the courtesy to call, or scheduled appointment for any maintenance repairs and to be responded to in a timely fashion. I would like the repairs to be done. Reimbursement fees for RPA Sink skirt and adhesive
