COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I came home during my lunch period and found a scary amount of wasps in one of the bedrooms in our apartment. I spent 10 minutes in the room with a fly swatter and killed 49 wasps. I called our rental company to see what could be done and 24 hours later they sent someone over who pulled up in a plumbing van. He walked around our apartment for a few minutes, told me he didn\'t know what do, and gave me a can of insect killer then left. The next day the rental company told me that pest control problems are the responsibility of the tenant, per our lease. Wasps are still all over our apartment.
