Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. Treat entire building including each apartment contained within the building both inside and outside until the roaches are gone.
  2. Accept financial responsibility for profesional relocation services for tenant(s) residing at apartment 422
  3. Accept financial responsibility for new lease processing fee(s)/ leasing application fee(s)/ required deposit(s)
  4. Refund total amount of security deposit(s) and release tenant(s) residing at apartment 422 from the remainder of the lease term
  5. Provide an apology letter on company letterhead signed by property manager

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Extreme Roach Infestation has been ongoing since 06/01/2015. Roaches observed in kitchen and master bedroom in addition to climbing on walls, ceiling, inside refrigerator unit, kitchen cabinets, on exterior of the building, crawling under front door, climbing in windows. Multiple ongoing requests have been made and no real concern has been demonstrated.
