COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I have lived in my current apartment about a year and a few months now. Just about 2 months ago I received a letter in the mail to vacate my apartment with no reason. I called Jacquelin F. Property manager. She with a loud tone said \\\"You are a noisy neighbor and need to leave\\\". I explained I work 60 hours plus a week and do not own a radio or surround sound TV or any electrical loud devices. She continued to say then maybe I talk to loud or that Im heavy footed in the apartment that the neighbor below complains about. I explained I do not wear shoes in my house I\\\'m a 39 yr old 5 foot 1 woman at 125 pounds and go to bed at a reasonable time. Then she said she would reprieve me and that I stay quiet or else. Still it made me feel she did not believe me because it seemed one sided. Well after that I literally was afraid to clean my apartment, walk around or do anything in my apartment that any normal person does to live. I actually tip-toed and took shorter showers and even go to bed earlier than usual as much as possible. The following month and a half I receive another Notice to terminate tenancy. I called Jaqueline to ask what I have done for this notice because I know I\\\'ve been scared to even move in my apartment. She continued and said nothing has changed \\\"You are still noisey\\\". I cried and asked her how is it possible when I have done nothing and am even afraid to talk, walk, cook and clean for last month and a half or so. She said she\\\'d call me back after talking with downstairs neighbor. She never called me back and did not answer to my calls. This has been a totally stressful situation and I feel I cannot live normal living conditions at all. I\\\'m being threatened to evacuate for no good cause. I hardly ever have company. I work, come home and now can\\\'t even walk or talk or live in my apartment I pay for and being falsely accused of noise disturbance. When the only noise I\\\'m doing is navigating in the apartment. All I want is to be able to get ready in the morning for work come home and be comfortable and not have to have in the back of my mind wondering if I walk around or if I shower or do normal things at reasonable times that I\\\'m going to end up homless. I know I\\\'ve done nothing wrong. I\\\'ve approached all my other neighbors and they say they never even hear me. I approached woman downstairs and she said I keep her up all day and night. I said how if I work all day and do double shifts. It\\\'s unjust. It\\\'s not right. It\\\'s discriminating.
