Since July of 2016 I have had to deal with bugs in my apartment. First it was bed bugs which started again in July of 2016, for 5 months I along with my children had to live out of garbage bags and sleep on air mattresses. Finally a different company (not stericlean) came in and took care of that problem. Then in June of 2017 roaches appeared in my apartment. For several weeks \"Stericlean\" would come in and \"spray\" for these roaches. A week before July 4th the roaches were still in my apartment, it was requested that a different company be used due to the unsuccessful treatments from Stericlean in the past (both with the bed bugs and now roaches). A new company was not brought in, however the office did comply to bring Stericlean in before 7/11/17 after I stated that having me live in an apartment with vermon that carries disease is not only unsanitary but also a severe health risk. No bugs were seen until July 27th two large roaches again were in my apartment, a request was put in for Stericlean to return and yet again spray the apartment. Each time a request has been put in, the apartment has been prepped (taking hours out of my days) and this past date they were supposed to spray nothing happened. I had asked the individual at the front office if Stericlean had come by and treated my apartment and I was told \"yes\". However when I entered my apartment the cupboards were still closed and no receipt was left stating they had treated my apartment. Tonight I saw yet another roach in my kitchen, proving to me Stericlean did not do their job. The past year living in this bug infested apartment has been completely out of line, I pay my rent on time every month and yet I have to live with disgusting bugs???? I want a different company that actually can get the job done right the first time to treat my apartment. Dismantling my kitchen and bathrooms every week is absolutely unacceptable and living with bugs that carry disease and other health hazards is absolutely unacceptable as well. Stericlean has NEVER accomplished anything in m y apartment in regards to eliminating any pest situation and I do not want to continue living in this filth and shouldn\'t have to.
