COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Our neighbor has turned us in for a noise complaint to office twice or more. We have received 2 notices from the office and they say if we get one more we will be evicted. The office staff and manager refuses to help my family and my neighbor come to a resolution. I have live here almost 3 years where my new neighbor that complains has only been here 6 months or less. We have not had the cops called out for a noise complaint on us since she has moved in - in the past yes we did a couple times but never received a notice from the office on those occasions. I am a nurse and work long hours am hardly ever home. My wife is a stay at home mother with my year and a half year old and 5 year old son. They keep it to a minimum all day other than the occasional yelling and crying that children do. This last occasion my neighbor banged on the wall next to our bed where my wife and son were sleeping for almost 2 minutes straight causing my wife to panic as they were trying to go to sleep and I was working overnight. we feel as if we can\'t live in our apartment anymore. Scared to watch TV scared to let the kids play. Scared to have our son sleep with us for fear he might accident kick the wall. It\'s sad, sickening and makes me angry all at the same time. I\'m not on HUD, I have never been late with rent and I do not find it fair or just that my apartment manager and other stuff will do nothing to resolve this issue. They just keep issuing letters saying we will be evicted if the noise continues. The neighbor also complained that we stomp loudly which is funny considering we are both downstairs. I do not want my family to be evicted and I want to resolve this issue. My apartment will not help us. I\'m asking you to please help us. Thank you!
