COMPLAINT : Bedbug Infestation
Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. I Believe They Should Routinely Exterminate For Bedbugs Just As They Do For Roaches
  2. I want them to thorolly exterminate (more than every 2 weeks) for at least 6 months to make sure the bugs are gone.

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I moved into my apartment in 2009. In 2013 I had my first bedbug infestation. Because of the infestation I had to do away with my couch and purchase a new one. i was told that I was bedbug free. In November 2016 I again had a bedbug infestation. Because of this infestation I had to major surgery that was originally scheduled for January 2017. Due to preparing for the extermination My house was in disarray and not conducive for post surgery recovery. Again I was told I was bedbug free and could put my apartment back to it\'s original condition ( unbag every thing and return my furniture and belongings to their original positions. On January 12, 2017 I was told I was bedbug free and could put things back in order. That night and weekend I saw numerous bedbugs on my couch. I\'m trying to purchase a new sofa and send the old one to the dump. I want them to exterminate more than every two weeks until the infestation is gone and routinely on a regular basis exterminate for bedbugs to prevent further infestations.
