I found bed bugs in my carpeting in the living room. They infested my sofa, love seat and my 10 month old granddaughter\'s playpen. I contacted the rental office and was told an exterminator was coming. After over 2 hours I called back and was told he cancelled. I was sent a form letter on how to deal w the bugs. And was told someone would be coming out on June 6, 2018. That is a week that I have to try and take care of them myself. I missed work to try and get this taken care of. And on the 6th will be another day missed.
