COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Kim Matten has falsely accused us of modifying and damaging the hot water heater in the home we rented from her. Kim sent us a letter via an attorney stating the security deposit would not be returned because she had to replace the hot water heater. We never had any problems with the hot water heater, and if we had, we would of let her know so she could arrange to have it repaired or replaced. It was in perfect working order. The letter from the attorney did not include a detailed inspection report from a company stating what damage was found and why they think the hot water heater was modified by us. The attorney also did not include a detailed receipt showing the breakdown of the cost of a new hot water heater and labor charges. This is a completely false accusation and we would like our security deposit of $1200 returned to us. Thank you, Claudio and Adrienne Espiritu
