COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I have received vague noise complaints and asked for details about the date, time and type of noise for each complaint and the property management team is not cooperating with me by providing those details so that I can help and see if it was coming from my unit. Later, I received a 10 day Notice for Compliance and Possession for only ONE incident that was documented. I am being treated unfairly by the staff, not being cooperated with when I try to help, and then receive a notice for compliance for only one argument I had that they thought was loud. One incident is not a reason to threaten eviction and create formal documents that give 10 days to comply. Also, all vague noise complaints that don’t include the date, time and type of noise are harassment because they will not share the details with me when I ask. The people in the leasing office don’t like me and are targeting me for eviction. They are going behind my back to create a case for eviction and not letting me cooperate by asking for details when I try to help. They don’t want to let me cooperate so that they can continue to try to build a case for eviction by harassing me, taking to other neighbors and trying to build a case when all I’ve done is have one argument with my girlfriend and now I’m afraid they are going to try to evict me in the next 10 days by working with a neighbor to make noise complaints about my normal living behavior that isn’t even loud.
