COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Allowed tenant (myself) to live without heat for multiple months, allowed tenant to live without smoke or Carbon Monoxide detectors, I moved into an apartment with broken blinds and windows but am being charged for their repair. Landlord fixed things with my deposit that were broken when I moved in and refuses to give back deposit, which is fine, but is now asking me for additional money. Landlord sent multiple harassing texts, demeaned me and my job, lied about his own education level. Landlord made me extremely uncomfortable.
