COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

1) Fix broken cement for appearance. Clean up slop on floor & wall. 2) Sprinkling System. Current lawn service is cutting grass to short. Grass is burning up. Didn\\\'t use to be this way.Top-notch landscaping company was released from their services to our overall lawncare. 3) Add flowers, sod, whatever, by rock outside lower level door. There is continually sand/mud in the walk/path area. Takes away from the neatness/clean appearance of our bldg. Does nothing to add to our home (as I refer to my apt) being presentable to prospective residents and/or guests. 4) Smooth out cracks/crevices. Could be a liability. Carts are difficult, especially when heavier, to get thru/over the ruts. Doesn\\\'t look nice. 5) More efficient emergency service contact(s). By the time the request is made & all other working thru whatever channels, it seems to take a long time to get help. Even to simply replace a fire alarm battery. I was unaware that our apts are to have one electrical & one battery operated alarm. Initially I couldn\\\'t figure out which alarm was beeping. I would have fixed it myself had I known how easy it is to pull the cover off. Recycle & Dumpster: Making sure they are emptying containers or figure out a way to get the stuff stuck on the bottom, out. I mentioned it to the driver. His comment was along the lines of us cleaning/washing out the content. Not sure who\\\'s responsibility this should be. Lower level & stairwells: Never gets cleaned without residents help. Slop on walls & floors. Hallway doesn\\\'t ever get vacuumed. Appearance wise, is atrocious. Clutter continually being placed on laundry room table that others could/might like to, use to fold clothes. Myself & others don\\\'t appreciate/approve of the deterioration of our apt bldg (home, if you will. For some.) & lawncare. I have presented these issues to you, Sherry & Shelli. Flies/bugs/dirt: Laying on window ledges in 1st floor community room & laundry room. What kind of an impression (ones that truly care. Such a situation matters to them.) would that make on folks who might be eating? Based on experience: My long time friend & I ate at a very nice restaurant @ Goose Bear Lodge or wherever near the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. Dead flies were lying on window ledges. Blinds: In laundry room have \\\"never\\\" been cleaned or replaced since I\\\'ve been here (11 years). Housekeeping/Maintenance Person: Being shared with another Walker complex.
