COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

On January 13th, 2025, I received notice for checks by a plumber for unspecified leaks with only 38 hours\\\' notice. In addition, I received the notice by text message only. I previously informed the property management company multiple times that my phone does not always receive text messages, asking for e-mail notices as well, and they previously complied. From September 4th, 2024, to November 26th, 2024, multiple times the property management company failed to give me proper legal 48 hours\\\' notice of entry for repairs to a leak in a second floor unit, including telling me that the leak was an emergency while at the same time re-scheduling repair times and asking me to be flexible about repair times, and repairs were performed multiple times for that same leak. On November 21st, 2024, I mailed a letter to the property management company concerning the recurring leak and multiple repairs, requesting that possible structural damage to the unit or pipes within the unit be investigated and repaired if the leak persists. On November 22nd, 2024, I mailed another letter regarding three corrections to my letter dated November 21st, 2024. After that, I was given proper notice on November 26th, 2024, by e-mail, for repairs on November 29th, 2024, in which the plumbers found no leak. I was also given proper notice on December 29th, 2024, by phone call to schedule repairs for the leak, and during that phone call January 1st, 2025, was scheduled. However, on January 1st, 2025, I was told by the contractor by phone that repairs would not be performed that day because the tenants of the second floor unit did not answer his knocks at the door or his phone calls and he had been unable to enter the unit.
