“The RPA went well beyond the call of duty to take care of a really frustrating and potentially costly situation with my ex-landlord, and they didn’t charge me anything,” says Amy Kyle, a former Avenues renter. Her landlord was demanding that Kyle repaint parts of the home she had rented with several other college students. Kyle had since moved out of the home, yet, the landlord wanted her to come back, clean and repaint. “The RPA not only intervened, but they also helped me understand my rights as a renter. They took a really messy situation completely off my hands and made everything right,” Kyle says.
