Report Landlord

Unfortunately the RENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY® does not oversee Landlords that are not Approved Members. Many of the Non-approved Landlords have been declined membership due to past history and/or un-willingness to uphold RPA® high standards. For this reason it is very important to only rent from an RPA® Approved Member.

If you would like you are still able to report your Landlord to the RPA®. Most likely we will not be able to help you resolve your concerns- However, we will document them in our Landlord files for future reference. Prior to granting RPA® Membership your Landlord must pass a complete background check, and have a clean record with the RPA®
