I have asked my apartment office multiple times in the last past 3 or so months to get my bathtub resurfaced and they have not done so.. Can they do this or are my rights being violated as a renter?

I see a lot of inquiries from a lot of concerned landlords like myself—but I don’t see a lot of real answers. This "please help me figure out what to do" and "what do ya’ll think?" stuff is not going to get it.
