If a tenant is not locking doors to a basement apartment in a split level home, after being told they must be kept locked, is that grounds for eviction? Access to the upstairs living area is only separated by a bifold door.

I cannot take off from work and cannot afford to hire an attorney there is a company that will evict for me as my agent.  They charge very little by comparison and will represent me as my agent.  Can they do that in NC?
