RENTAL DETAILS
Address               :   359 N. West Street, #174
City, State - Zip   :   Indianapolis, Indiana - 46202.

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

The walk-out listed damage in the front bedroom of the apartment limited to the carpet which "smelled of urine". We had a dog, and can't dispute she may have urinated in that room, but management replaced carpet in the entire apartment and is charging me for the entire replacement, though there was no mention of, nor was their any damage of the rest of the carpet, which had just been installed in October of 2008.
