  1. to get me out of my lease, give me my deposit back and not allow this place to be rented or sold, which its still on the market to be sold.

this house is in very poor condition i would not want to see anyone else rent it or buy it for that matter. the leasing company bemidji properties(gina beyer) is not professional at all. she basically threatened to take me to court if i walked out on my lease, i have had nothing but trouble with this place since i moved in. for the money i am paying i should be happy and im no where near happy. i cant believe a place like this hasnt been condemned. it is in very bad condition. it took me two weeks to get hot or warm water, had to take cold showers, and i mean ice cold. the stove is an older model the guy that came out to turn on the gas that was never turned on after being here over two weeks said that he didnt want to turn it on because the stove in here is not safe that it would leak out gas. so she brought me a 2 eye burner a week and a half later. she is a poor excuse for a landlord, or rental company and i think she should be reported. i also went to take a bath tonight and the hot water knob in the bath that her husband came and fixed flew off at me and i was sprayed and burned by scorching hot water. i have not called her on that because im fed up with her excuses. and her short cuts on trying to do things right. she continues to say the owner wont spend anymore money to fix anything. i think she is a fraud and i want her to be looked into. and threatening me is in very poor taste. my boyfriend was wittness to this all. please put a stop to this women
