I have lived with my roommate at the Eastbridge Apartments for almost 2 years now. We have been good tenants. The biggest infraction we have had is that one time in the past two years, the cops were called because of a noise complaint. The cops came and we discussed the issue and no tickets or anything were given. Also, Soren and Terry used to have cars park in front of the garages when they were plowing the parking lot. One time, someone was parked in front of my garage so i parked in front of someone else's. i meant to go move it later, but i forgot and the next morning at 6 am it was towed already. I was upset because Soren had not called and asked me to move it, like they had done before with my neighbors cars. My mom then called and filed a complaint and BMI was understanding and paid for half of my towing fee. Terry then called my mother and yelled at her, using profane language because her boss had called her about it. Since then, Soren and Terry have had a personal dislike for me, which is fine, not everyone has to get along. Several times in the past two years, i have hit my garage with my car due to poor layout of the garages. One time when they got all garages fixed there was over $4000 in damage. Ever since that towing incident, Soren has meticulously checked my garage and charged me for every single tiny dent. He has never given me a receipt for fixes made and has changed the price from $150 to $125, so the last time i was hesitant to pay without a receipt. I never did get one, and he cashed my check the same day and it took him over 30 days to get my garage fixed. He did get it fixed three days ago, and today told my roommate that he found another ding in it and that "it just made his day." He has not once come and talked to me personally about the issues with my garage except when he came to pick up the last check from me. Now me and my roommate are looking to move out of our apartment because of the high price, and Soren gave us a bad reference as tenants. When my roommate went to talk to him and ask him why he said it was because of the garage. There is no reason for him to give us a bad reference because of this, because each time i damaged it, i paid for it. He also told my roommate he would give her a good reference any day, it was just me. So this blatantly says that he has a personal issue with me, and we have had no problems in our apartment worthy of being bad tenants.

Renter May 4, 2010 I spoke with my landlord. She came to my apartment when she received the papers. She stated that she would not be responding because she doesn't feel my claims are justified. She stated that me and my roommate "brought everything on ourselves." She also stated that she did not give a good reference to either myself or my roommate. However, her husband told my roommate that he would give her a good reccommendation several times now.
