COMPLAINT : Breach of Lease
Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. Reimbursement of $35 RPA Fee
  2. Full return of $1400 deposit
  3. Full return of $500 pet deposit
  4. Reimbursement for oil left behind in excess of what was on property when tenancy began. Equals $200.
  5. Payment for full moving costs by a professional mover with two movers and one medium-sized moving truck, plus any additional costs.

Informed me on 7/1/10 that I have to leave the premises because he sold the property to another individual even though I had already signed a year lease in early May stating that I would be allowed to rent the property until 6/1/11.
