Property was vacated on 12/30/2010. Deposit disposition was not sent to tenants within 14 days. Disposition was postmarked on 1/14/2011 (15 days) and had "TBD" listed for "damages or excessive wear and tear". Of concern to the owner is the Trex decking. Movein condition report does not give detailed condition of deck and only lists "good". In addition, property manager states that "specific cleaning instructions" were given upon movein. This is a false statement, no instructions were given regarding cleaning. Property manager stated that the owners were concerned and called and told us that we could not pressure wash the deck, this is the only guidence recieved concerning the deck. Deck was cared for according to tenant handbook and move out cleaning guidlines provided by property manager.
