Contacted the landlord about the problem. She told me that I would be responsible for paying for the exterminator. I learned that bed bugs are considered â??parasites" and that can be considered an unsafe place of living. And The landlord is responsible for keeping this place for habitation of living. I called her on Thursday and told her about the problem. I tried her suggestion of spraying chemicals and it didn't stop the problem. She already said it would be my responsibility to pay for an exterminator. I believe this is landlord responsibility. No one can say whether I brought them in or they coming in from somewhere else.

LANDLORD FAX: The landlord has been in contact with his extermination company. They have asked that the tenant trap a bug and but it in a clear container for inspection. The landlord is asking for the tenant to make arrangements with the leasing office to drop off speciman for sampling. |
