Lease was up 10/31/10. It took a great deal of calling and a certified letter write to get half ($1450) of the $2900 deposit back from Mr. Remeneski, which i received in the mail 12/27/10 with a note from him stating that "i'll be remitting the remainder of the deposit, less charges and costs to me, as soon as i get the receipts." I sent him a certified letter on 2/4/11 requesting the remaining $1450 including a receipts of any deductions. He called several times asking for my address and claiming the check was in the mail. Nothing to date.
