The landlord took my keys and garage door opener from me, telling me that he was giving them to another man named Robert Rarick. After taking my keys and giving them away to someone else leaving me locked out, he suddenly tells me that he's keeping the security deposit and that I owe him thousands of dollars even though I have always paid rent. He also tells me that he changed his mind about letting Robert take over the lease. Now, I'm left with this situation where I have a criminal squatter in the apartment that refuses to move out and refuses to pay rent, and the landlord will not even provide me the keys to the building so that I can evict Mr. Rarick.
