I have been a tenant at the 791 east main street apartment building for two and a half years. There is a tenant who moved in to the apartment below me ( apt. 2F) approximately few months ago. Ever since then I have been a subject to an ongoing harissment, which includes unreasonable complaints such as my dog and I walking around my apartment and knocking on my door or the ceiling in the middle of the night to prevent me from doing so. I go to school full-time and work at a restaurant full-time. Hence, I often do my school work at night after returning home from work, which very often happens to be late as well. It is extremely difficult for me to focus on my school work or relax when being harassed with frivolous complaints such as the one stated above. It came to the point where I am even afraid to make any movements or sounds in fear of neighbor's reaction. It is unreasonable for her to basically ask me to stop living my life. Moreover, I very often happen to hear her baby cry. However, I refrain myself from saying anything because I consider it to be a part of the apartment living. If me walking around my apartment keeps her awake perhaps she should consider getting ear plugs. I have complained to our building maintenance person. Nonetheless, it did not stop the harissment. Consequently, I'm seeking injunction to stop this ongoing harissment. Please notify both, the landlord and the tenant of this complaint.
