COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

A couple of months ago I had dozens of bites showing up on my arms and legs. I have sensitive skin, so I switched laundry detergent thinking that I was somehow having a reaction to the soap– but then I saw a tiny little bug… that’s where my bed bug problem all started. When I approached my landlord about treating the apartment complex, he refused and immediately tried to hold me responsible for treating my apartment for bed bugs. I didn’t think that was right.

LANDLORD / TENANT RESPONSES (1)
From Date IP Address Response
Renter Mar 29, 2012 97.113.137.93 1.Recently, pests company treat my unit, and I received the latter from president of the building that I will need to reimburse The Queensborough $ 478.52 within 15 day. So, they trying to make me responsible for bringing pests in apartment, which I think is totally absurd. Also, in my renting agreement I couldn’t find any words about pests responsibility. I will attached letter and bill to my case.
