COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Informed landlord of bedbug infestation-explained that we had been experiencing bites since couple weeks after moving in, but did not realize we had bedbugs until March /April having never had them before-thought it was mosquitoes, fleas ??? The Realtor insisted we brought them in-from grocery store or gas station? as we had not traveled since moving in. They refused to help at all with treatment & we could not afford the $500 up front that their pest co. required. Rebecca has allergy to bedbug bites and has multiple lesions on hands,arms, neck & legs which has resulted in missing work as she is a RN & can't work with open lesions due to risk of infection, also must take Benadryl daily & use HC creams. Have attempted to do all we can-mattress & box springs covers, traps, manual removal but still have problem. Have requested monetary assistance to no avail.
