COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

We noticed the bed bugs June 26th called the land lord they didn't send an exterminator or even come look at the problem. We threw away a mattress, box spring, bassinet and 2 sofas before we started researching. We got spray to spray ourselves. In July our neighbor told us he was also having a problem so we called again since the spray we sprayed didn't kill all of them. The exterminator came in early August a month and a half after we first called she asked if we were having any bug problems we were shocked that Soard had never told them. She told us that it had been the tenant in number 24 had a sever infestation and had spread them by walking around knocking on doors. We also found out they had went through the walls into number 25 they could see them coming through the cracks in the ceiling. They are in number 8 as well, we are number 3. We were told to get a mattress cover out of our pocket or we would be evicted and call the exterminator when we had it. It arrived Thursday she stopped by Friday and told us she couldn't spray until Monday which gave us time to bag all our clothes and clear the clutter around our bed Monday we called Soard and were told they should be by soon if they wouldn't be able to make it they would call which they didn't. On Tuesday morning 8 am I called they said the guy who handled it wasn't in yet but would call me 2 pm I called back was told they should be there soon or he would call. I called back at 345 they close at 4 and was told everyone was already gone for the day I told the lady the exterminators were supposed to come spray because my 9 week old daughter was being bitten by bed bugs she told me it wasn't her problem she couldn't do anything. There is no emergency number for the landlord if something happens after hours or on weekends there is no way to let them know. Please help we have wasted so much time money and belongings it is unreal!!!!!
