I have recently moved from Bldg 5 #129 to Bldg 5 #222 On Oct 1, 2012. I did not have this problem in my previous apt and noticed be bed bugs in my new apartment shortly after moving in. I was told that there was a bed beg problem complained to the office by other tenants by the office Gal named Carla and that I would have no choice but to pay the $700 exterminator fee to get rid of this problem. I feel that since has been an ongoing problem in this apt complex that i shoud not be responsible for the cost of this because they have not provided a clean livable habitant me my daughter and grandaughter to live in

Renter Nov 21, 2012 98.100.72.226 1.The unit was heat treated on November 9th 2012, I went back in the apt to vaccum and straighten out the mess that was left by the exterminator that the leasing office hired. On November 17, the bedbugs were in there again. The leasing office notified and now they put some monitor in the apt. My daughter and granddaughter are not staying there because of this bedbug issue and the black mold issue under the kitchen sink that they have not fixed yet . Also the office claimed that there was new appliances put in the unit whichis not true. The refrigerator has a handle that was glued back on and when my daughter pulled it out to wash the litchen floor, a mound of cat hair and a snake skin came out from under the refrigerator that was there from the previous tenants. The lady that lives accross the hall from me told my daughter that the previous tenants had 10 cats, reptiles, and snakes in this unit which explains the snake skin. I want to break this lease and get out of this apt
