I refused to go with his offer of making good cash by selling the house(this is actually my house) but he had me signed blank contract (3-4) he says for atty to use. at the notary... the one that was notarized has nothing in it but he asked me to sign the middle of the paper and dated plus other 2-3 blank paper at the bottom . this are all for atty to use... notarized came in and just asked for my ID thumb mark sign and that's it...Again theres nothing on the paper that was notarized. When I refused to sign a lease through text feb.2013. He showed up unannounced trying to break in my room, I called 911..i didnt' get a restraining order but at least I took him to court. Few weeks afte He came in to the house unannounced for over an hr. and make accusation . I called the police bec. he violated my privacy as a tenant, I texted him literature about landlord /tenants right. The next day he showed up again.he threatened me before and he keep bringing up my past drug history w/c I'm 9 yrs sober. calling me scumbag, cocksucker,faggot.drug stealing,,nurse. he said this to police before,and when he showed up anannouched, at my place screamingHe also keep saying .I deserve to be treated to like this because I steal drugs, cocksucker,low life homo. etc.And he perjured himself re[eatedly that he uses one of the blank DOC that I signed a lease dec 21,2012 yet February 2013 He's been texting me that I need to sign a DOC FOR THE LEASE and his GF has to get involve bec. I refused to sign a lease..... Also i'm the one picking up the trash every Tuesday. I also told him before that He had the DEN converted to another room yet and he got no permit. I also told him that it was reported to the housing.. I filed a complaint over 2 months ago spoke to john cordova , marcus mendez re complaint 303033 to no avail. I followed it up several times but their answer was they had over 200 complaints ..This guy violated, abused me mentally/emotionally and I feel helpless.But a SOBER guy I have to stand up for my rights that keep repeatedly violating just because of past DRUG/ALC, history...I'm still trying to get a lawyer who spec in real estate fraud.. I reported it to LA district atty but was advised It's civil..He also violated/discriminated me because of the source of income. I also had to pit up with him destroying personal property that happened between 1/18-2/4 2013. He even refused to provide me other sets of keys but other tenant has.
