COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

My building has a known bed bug problem. I first found the bed bugs in my unit in April however I believe they have been in my unit for quiet some time due to the bites I was getting which I couldn't figure out the source. I brought the problem to my land lords attention and he had my unit treated. I was told a second treatment would be done in 2 weeks, several later it was finally done. In between treatments my next door neighbor found them in her unit as well. It has been three months and I've just found bed bugs in my apartment for a third time. I called and left several voicemails for my land lord which he has failed to return. This is a problem the ENTIRE building obviously suffers from, as they have been on the bed bug registry for years, and it will not be FIXED until the entire building is treated. It is uncomfortable and disgusting to even stay in my apartment that I am paying for. I feel I can't stay in my own home because of this issue and the lack of response from my land lord tells me treating this is not one of their priorities.
