COMPLAINT : Serious bedbug infestation
Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. To get this problem taken care of immediately at their expense, or move me to a different apartment.
  2. Today is 10/14/13. I have been trying to reply with an update on my situation, but my comments will not post. How the heck am I supposed to get a hold of you if my comment won't post?! I even tried the live chat, and nothing happens. Please advise and DO NOT close this case. I paid $35 for what
  3. I have tried to let you know my apartment has been sprayed a total of 6 times now, and I'm still not sure the problem has been taken care of. My couch and bed are saturated with chemicals, an ruined. Linda's supervisor will not move me to another apartment until they are sure the bedbugs are gone.

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I've had a serious bedbug infestation, and have had 4 treatments by Terminix in the past month at my cost. Linda, the manager at Hickory Village said that is policy. That I may have brought them in. They still haven't done inspections of nearby apartments, and MAY get one done on Friday. The company they use only does them on Fridays, but they are busy and might not get to it. She MAY also get someone out to spray my apartment on Friday if they aren't too busy. I've been in contact with her on this matter, but originally chose Terminix, so I could get this matter taken care of immediately, but they were unsuccessful and I am about to lose my mind living with these bedbugs. I don't have much money, so my hands are tied. Time is of the essence. Will someone please help me soon? I can't take this anymore, and am getting nowhere with management.
