My name is Ester Horowitz. I represent the tenant with her permission and I have a letter to that affect. This is an old house with constant need of repairs. Landlord and tenant have an escalating hostile relationship. Landlord attempting to force tenant out and performing bully tactics to make it hard for tenant. Landlord stated he wants tenant to leave but refuses to release her from her lease obligations, give back security deposits, etc. Instead he states if she leaves early he will sue her for the remainder of the lease but he also states he wants her out. Tenant becoming sick due to mold, leaks, and constant strangers coming into the home without notice. Landlord now taking pictures of tenant regularly without permission as well. DOH found leaks and mold and demanded landlord fix. But contractors and repair persons show up unannounced, without appointments, enter into the home while the tenant is still in a state of undress.
