COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I came in the store at 12:00 noon to open when I smelled burning rubber smell, come to find out that mice had eaten the wires on the water heater and burnt it out. I called the landlord and he came in to set some traps to catch the mice that came in from next door tenant next door at the puppy Palace dog grooming shop. the landlord ordered a new water and said he would put it in and fix the hole that the rodent came in. this is 2 week and the rodents now ate the wires on my security cameras and burnt out the circuit board in the DVD system. I called him again and he said that he would get the net door tenant to pay for it. That never happened. I reported it to the city building inspector he came in and inspected it and sent the landlord a compliant paper that he had to fix the problems. It has been over a month and nothing has happened and the landlord is know were to be found. He won't even come and collect the rent.I Have been without hot water for six weeks now and the rodents are still here.
